Get Exclusive Workouts On Beachbody On Demand


With Beachbody On Demand you get unlimited access to stream hundreds of world-class Beachbody workout programs—anytime, anywhere.
Starting this month, we’re going to be delivering exclusive content from some of your favorite trainers – this content will only be available on Beachbody On Demand, so you have to log in to see the videos. They are all live now, so you can log in and start working out to these exclusive videos today!
When you do, you may notice a few new additions! There is now a dedicated Challenge Du Jour page so you can easily find the current day’s challenge and you’ll also be able to see all the challenges from previous days. This month, the Challenge Du Jours will include INSANITY Live, PiYo Live, P90X Live, and Turbo Kick Live workouts from Beachbody Master Trainers.
In addition, modifier workouts are now available on Beachbody On Demand for 21 Day Fix EXTREME and INSANITY:MAX 30. You won’t find the 21 Day Fix EXTREME modifier workouts on the DVDs–they are only available on Beachbody On Demand.

Autumn Calabrese’s Exclusives
Just because summer is winding down, that doesn’t mean your workouts have to. 21 Day Fix-creator Autumn Calabrese will keep you working hard with three videos.
